I've been super busy with projects this whole month of january nearly 7 or more assignments to hand up in a month? [ i don't know the exact number of assignments but i swear that we have more than 16 assignments to hand in this semester]
Exams are coming, my first paper is on the 20th and last is on the 23rd. I better take good care of my health, else, my studies would be really affected.
Through the last month, January, i have realized, when you are too kind, not firm enough, too soft on people, with a hard to anger up character and maybe sometimes an airhead, people really take things to the extreme and push you to the end of the cliff with nowhere to go but to surrender to them. You've got to admit it, this is reality. If the world was void of people who take advantage of kind and compassionate people, will there still be a need for prisons?
also, when has it ever been a nice thing to gossip behind people's backs? Again, from experience, it is never right to talk bad things behind people's backs. I know, it might be a good topic to start off a conversation. We should always ask ourselves, whatever gossips that i am sharing with my friend about person X, can i repeat the exact same thing i have said to my friend to person X (face to face)? If you can't do it, then don't say it.
A proposed solution:
1) make time to meet up with person X, if you feel that person X has done something which you might not like and find out the reason why person X did so, rather than jumping to conclusions.
2) Be straight forward with person X. Don't leave things to later as it might sour the friendship even more.
Some stuffs that have happened to me:
i had 3 sore eye incidents. due to the contact lenses which i bought from school. Brandn name : "Definition". if you're using it and feeling any discomfort, please stop wearing it and change to a reliable brand.

earlier today, i went to the optician and he check my eyes. I was told that i had eye lid infection which could have spread to my eyeball.
Here's just a short update, when my exams are over, i'll update again.

The Rain
People...
come and go.
As they step in and out of our lives,
they leave footprints of themselves behind in our hearts.
Sometimes, our hearts might be crushed by the weight of these footprints;
leaving unerasable markings on heart.
Delusioned and lost,
pained by the footsteps that were once on him,
the heart is left alone in the dark.
Shrouded in darkness;
he lies down and cries.
Feeling accused, hated,
and unmotivated,
he forgets who he once was.
Droplets of rain start peltering on his face,
washing away his tears of sadness.
Feeling better,
he sets off to find the source of light to lead him back to who he was;
the cheerful and optimistic heart.
However faint the light is,
determination as his only friend,
he perserveres on.
Never giving up on the hope of light,
fragments of memories of his virtuous friends return.
Piecing up the blurred vision of his memories,
he realizes how he forgot about the people who cared for him;
while he was groping in the darkness.
Radiant light seeps into the darkness,
gradually conquering it.
The light shines gently on him.
Leaving behind him, a shadow of his past.
Given a choice,
stepping out of his past,
he embraces the light,
moves towards it and looks towards to new horizon.
